Returns & Exchanges
For customer satisfaction, our return policy is set for 30 days of delivery. Customers can return almost everything for a refund or exchange within 30 days. If customer wants exchange against return than it will be processed and delivered within 15 business days. For refunds we usually take 7 to 10 business days.
Customers are entitled to refund/return, in following cases.
- Defective and tempered products
- Wrong products received
- Product damaged during shipping
Customized products may not be returned or exchange in any circumstances.
