Delivery & Shipping Policy
ONNYXE offers free shipping all over the world with minimal time.
ONNYXE usually takes 7 to 10 business days on regular orders to ship through Courier Services. Customized orders will take 3 to 5 weeks. We usually deliver shipments through DHL EXP DIV which is a very fast and reliable shipping method. An email will be sent to customer once his order dispatch from our side with tracking number.
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Custom duty charges are solely buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s custom office to determine these charges.
Once we provide tracking number of your order, please keep in touch with Courier Company and do follow up with them.
Once the payment received, customer will be notified through email of order confirmation.
